Reportable Accident: An accident needs to be reported to the state of Iowa if the damage is over $1,000.00 or if there is bodily injury or complaint injury.

Accident reports may be obtained from the Sheriff's Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Accident reports are usually complete within 24 hours of the accident

There is a $4.00 per copy for accident reports.
